The Trestle Trail

Officially opened on August 27, 2005, the trail has proven to be extremely popular with local residents and visitors to the Fox Cities. The trail is open year round and is a valuable transportation and recreational trail link between the City and Town of Menasha . It features a unique lift bridge over the Menasha Lock (sponsored and built by Miron Construction, Inc.). The 1,600-foot long, lighted pedestrian bridge is the longest in Wisconsin and includes a center pavilion area with seating, and several fishing platforms along the way.

Menasha MidWay Business Park

The Midway Business Park is a 32 acre development designed specifically for medium sized office and light manufacturing.   Conceived in 1997 as part of Menasha's economic development plan, the park is part of a new TIF district in northern Menasha.  The Business Park offers 1-3 acre sites with full utility hookup.

Third Street Corridor

The Third Street Corridor has successfully made the transition from residential to commercial development. This important intersection, north of Menasha's downtown now hosts:

  • First National Bank - Fox Valley
  • Morton Drugs
  • McDonald's
  • Walgreens
  • Marathon Oil Co.

A new development, totaling approximately 8500 sq feet, is currently being leased by Bomier Properties.
