Menasha Midway Business Park

     

The Midway Business Park is a 32 acre development designed specifically for medium sized office and light manufacturing.   Conceived in 1997 as part of Menasha's economic development plan, the park is part of a new TIF district in northern Menasha.  The Business Park offers 1-3 acre sites with full utilities on each site.

Note that this Park is Zoned "Business Park Zone 4" per the Menasha Zoning code. and is intended for commercial and industrial structures, not storage.  The detailed code is posted at the bottom of this page.


The Midway Business Park is located south of State Route 441 and Midway Road and  adjacent to State Route 47 in Menasha.  This location offers immediate highway access, as well great amenities like grocery stores, restaurants and printing and copying services.  For businesses, the park's location means a convenience  for employees, customers and suppliers, resulting in business growth and profits.
